# Terms of Service

## 1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or creating an account on Veypost, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable platform policies, including Meta Platform Terms, Instagram Community Guidelines, Threads Terms, and TikTok Commercial Content Policies.

## 2. Subscription Plans, Billing & Cancellations

- **Billing Cycle:** Starter, Pro, Business and Agency plans bill monthly or yearly in EUR, excluding applicable taxes. Yearly billing charges ten monthly payments. A card is required for the 7-day trial, which automatically converts to the selected paid plan.
- **Quotas & Overages:** One subscription covers the paying user’s owned workspaces, with shared limits for connected accounts, team members and workspaces. Paid scheduling is unlimited. The trial allows 2 connected accounts and 5 total scheduled posts; cancelling or deleting posts does not restore the trial allowance.
- **Cancellation:** Publishing, scheduling, analytics and account management require an active trial or paid subscription. Cancelling a trial ends access immediately. Cancelled paid plans retain access until the paid billing period ends. Without an active entitlement, paid features are disabled and existing data remains stored according to the retention policy.

## 3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use Veypost to:

- Publish content that infringes upon copyright, trademarks, or personal privacy.
- Distribute malware, spam, phishing schemes, or deceptive solicitations.
- Attempt to circumvent platform rate limits, API quotas, or security isolation barriers.

## 4. Disclaimer & Third-Party Social APIs

Veypost utilizes official third-party APIs (Meta Graph API, Threads API, TikTok Display/Content Posting API). We are not responsible for delivery delays or rejections caused by third-party network outages, policy changes, or algorithmic review holds imposed by social media platforms.

## 5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or the policies of connected social platforms.
